Overview

Next Generation Leaders (NextGen), created by Direct Marketing Educational Foundation and Direct Marketing Association (DMA), provides a launch pad for your future in marketing.

NextGen offers top graduates diversified experience and training in a variety of work settings. Associates in the program work alongside talented marketing professionals and attend industry wide events allowing them to sharpen their networking skills and accumulate numerous contacts.  

Participating companies in past years have included: DIRECTV, Guthy-Renker, Gerber Life, hawkeye, Javelin, The Kern Organization, and KBM Group.

This program is limited to new college graduates (May-June 2012). We are now accpeting applications for the next program, which will begin on September 4, 2012.  Rotations are slated to be held in the following cities: Austin, Dallas, D.C.-Maryland area, Los Angeles, New York City and San Francisco.  When applying, please indicate your preferred location(s).
